the staff made me feel welcome and took care of all my needs. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance of all the major attractions. It was also conveniently located in a prime shopping area, a great bonus. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with a perfect mix of modern and classic styles. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was perfect. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options.

This hotel is the perfect choice for a luxurious city break. the central location is unbeatable, putting all major attractions within walking distance. the staff is exceptionally polite and attentive to our needs, ensuring we were fully satisfied with our stay. the exclusive amenities in the room, including comfortable slippers and robes, made us feel truly pampered.

The only minor issue we encountered was the noise level from outside the hotel. the room was not well insulated, and we could hear the sound of bins being emptied early in the morning.

We had the most luxurious stay at this hotel! the service was top, notch , the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every need. the Leisure room was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city, while the room advantages were exclusive and left us feeling pampered. the in, room breakfast was incredibly delicious and the bar/lounge area had a great selection of drinks. Private facilities did not disappoint and left us feeling truly spoiled. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions.

this minor issue was outweighed by all the exclusive amenities and individualized service we received.

As a budget traveler, I loved the central location, friendly staff, and free minibar with daily refills. The breakfast options were diverse and tailored to our preferences. The room amenities, including comfortable robes and slippers, were a nice touch.
